Rename to fix a typo -- it updates every past receipt that used it, which is intended. Changing
the default category only affects NEW lines; past receipts and reports keep whatever category
they were entered with. An item used on no receipt is deleted outright when removed; one that's
in use is hidden from the picker instead, and its history stays exactly as it was.
